Tverdov Housing is a brokerage for agents who want to be exposed to the real estate investing space (flipping, rentals, property management, buy and holds, value add, development, commercial) while they work as a real estate agent.

We train agents to become skilled realtors and improve their knowledge as a real estate investor. Working with us you’ll continue to develop your skills as a realtor, have access to training, be part of a startup culture and be prepared to become a real estate investor for yourself or a realtor who is ready to help one.

Tverdov Housing is a vertically integrated real estate company specializing in sales, property management, and construction services. Pete Tverdov, Broker of Record, brings go-getter, entrepreneurial energy like no other to the brokerage after over 10 years of working on Wall Street following his Rutgers Football career.

This is not a salaried position, upon qualification commission split would depend on experience.

Pay: $57,816.39 - $201,666.62 per year
