Compensation: The Diesel Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $32.00 and $66.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Additionally this position may also pay a retention bonus of $1.75 per every booked hour.
As a Diesel Technician, you must display thorough and proven knowledge of diesel and gas engine repair. You must also have a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. It will also be a vital part of your role as a Diesel and Heavy line Technician to provide outstanding customer service and maintain effective working relationships with customers, supervisors and co-workers.
