Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities
- Encourage positive behavior and enforce classroom rules
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement effective teaching strategies
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children

Skills:
- Literacy education: Ability to promote early literacy skills through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises.
- Lesson planning: Proficiency in creating engaging lesson plans that align with educational objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Experience working with students: Previous experience in an educational setting or daycare facility is highly desirable.
- Early intervention: Knowledge of early intervention techniques to support children with special needs or developmental delays.
- Childcare: Understanding of childcare best practices, including health and safety regulations.
- Child welfare: Familiarity with child welfare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of each child.
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and cooperation.
- Educate: Passion for educating young children and fostering their love for learning.
