Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress - Monitor and assess each child's development and provide individualized support as needed - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Adhere to all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting - Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.62 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
