The Team Lead supports the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. The Team Lead supports in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• · Assistant Teacher- $15.75-$22.00
• · Teacher- $16.50-$23.00
• · Lead Teacher- $17.85-$26.75
