Location: Holly Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 100 Kingston Rd, Sulphur, LA 70663

Contract Duration: 8 weeks

Hourly Rate: $35.00

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our talented nursing team. As an LPN, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and guests. Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care, adhering to accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide individualized care to residents and guests, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Assume responsibility for resident care and direction of nursing during assigned shifts.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs; ALFs as per state regulations).
