Tusk Molding is Hiring a Maintenance Helper Near Leola, PA
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities, such as checking all restrooms, replenishing paper supplies, emptying the trash inside and outside the building.
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues and confirms with leadership on potential repairs.
- Always represent the company in a courteous, professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to follow instructions from Maintenance Manager.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical repair.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to be self-managing and follow through on assignments.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools, such as Word and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
