### Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. ### Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders - Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction ### Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques is a plus - Familiarity with food safety regulations is an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
