**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the production process of steel windows and doors, ensuring efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with management to optimize production output
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot production problems effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of CNC equipment preferred
- Experience in metal finishing techniques preferred
