Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fiscal/HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and human resources functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, including QuickBooks entries, and financial reporting

- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees

- Track and maintain time and attendance records

- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs and ensure compliance with HR policies

- Handle employee relations issues, including FMLA administration

- Monitor compliance with legal requirements related to HR and finance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience in financial management

- Experience with QuickBooks, and accrual accounting

-Familiarity with HR processes, including employee orientation and supervising staff

- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines consistently
