Job Summary:
The Turtle Lake Club, located outside of Hillman, MI, is seeking a full-time, year-round, Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities and property. The Turtle Lake Club is a private 26,000 hunting and fishing club that caters to a small, private membership and is not open to the public. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and industrial maintenance, along with strong leadership abilities. Maintenance Supervisor reports to General Manager.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of all systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of equipment, vehicles, boats, ORV’s/ATV’s, etc.
- Manage projects related to facility improvements and repairs and/or coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
- Oversee 5-6 full-time, seasonal maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills for coordinating tasks and interacting with staff.

This is a working supervisor position, which requires hands on work. It requires some availability for on-call, weekends, some holidays, and long hours during the fall hunting season. Must be ok with working outside and in inclement weather and in remote areas at times. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated maintenance team, contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities, and utilize your skills in various maintenance disciplines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
