Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Waltz Golf Farm. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our family business while gaining valuable experience in management and customer service in the golf course industry. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a seasonal job.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily golf operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in golf as well as food and beverage.
- Manage cash register operations, including handling cash, processing transactions, and reconciling daily sales
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Assist in shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient scheduling

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role. Golf experience a bonus but not required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Must be passionate about the Fourth of July and fireworks
