Turtle Creek Dental Associates is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating patient services in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with office systems, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare providers
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Collect patient information and update medical records using electronic systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations of the office

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role
- Familiarity with office systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
