What you will do as a Welcome Desk Coordinator :
- Responsible for all welcome desk operations. Ensures proper implementation of all front desk procedures, membership administration and banking responsibilities.
- Training, developing, scheduling, and assisting with managing a high performing staff focused on providing exceptional service.
- Maintains awareness and promotes the Community Center’s calendar of activities and events to patrons.
- Responsible for the general orderliness and cleanliness of the Community Center’s welcome desk and ensures that informational materials, articles and other items are updated and neatly displayed.
To be successful as a Welcome Desk Coordinator, you'll need :
Previous customer service, sales or related experience. Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
Ability to use Point of Sale system required.
- Certification (or become certified) in basic First Aid, CPR, AED.
- Skills in managing multiple priorities, communications, customer relations, supervision and motivation of staff.
- Knowledge of the Oneida Indian Nation Member community and culture.
