As the Pool Manager, your role is to lead and supervise in a safe, fun, and positive setting, with a focus on safety and following guidelines. Your leadership, judgment, and tact will be key in delivering outstanding aquatic experiences for all members of the Oneida Nation Community.

What you will do as a Pool Manager:

• Assumes overall responsibility for the operation of the indoor pool, whirlpool, and splashpad, to ensure a safe experience for all users.
• Oversees the overall plan, operational policies, procedures, and range of services offered at the pool.
• Oversees the training, scheduling and performance of all lifeguards, ensuring they are always following all safety and policy regulations.

To be successful as a Pool Manager, you'll need:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2-3 years of experience in pool management or related recreational field.
• Certified in First Aid, CPR and Lifeguarding. Water Safety Instruction (WSI) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards.
• Must be willing to obtain Certified Pool/Spa Operators (CPO) license within 60 days of hire.
