What does a Restaurant Supervisor do?

• The F&B Supervisor will ensure efficiency and accurate performance standards are met by maintaining communication with all work areas to verify paperwork and inventory controls.
• Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and always identifies repeat guests.
• Maintains professional rapport and confidentiality in communicating with other departments as required by procedure (i.e. IT, Gaming Commission, Security, Credit, Surveillance, Games, Nation Police, Payroll, HR and Marketing).
• Takes responsibility for ensuring that employees are trained/developed in F&B Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.

To be successful as a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll need:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Accommodate a flexible work schedule.
