Starting Pay Range: $16 - $20/hr

Engages in community outreach by conducting home visits or meeting at designated locations to support patients and their families in preserving the health of Oneida Indian Nation Health Services patients, as directed by the patient's healthcare provider.

What you will do as a CNA/HHA:

• Assist patients or families caregivers of daily living (ADL’s) as identified by provider which may include bathing, personal care, dressing eating and personal hygiene.
• Transport patients to and from medical appointments; off-site medical appointments as directed by provider.
• Monitor patient medications and communicates compliance to patient’s family and provides Facilities prescription process if required.

To be successful as a CNA/HHA, you'll need:

• High School Diploma required.
• Current valid HHA or CNA NYS certification required.
• Exceptional customer/patient skills required.
• Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License.
