As a Turning Point Manager, your role is the most impactful to team members and guests. It is imperative to ensure the culture is established, maintained, and shines through every day. You must hold vital beliefs in employee appreciation, guest service, outstanding food, superior ambiance & atmosphere, and most especially FUN! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of daily and weekly operations, with the assistance and guidance of the Franchise Owner. This includes planning strategies, organizing tasks and schedules, training team members, and providing leadership to inspire and motivate your team. As a leader you will set clear expectations, and guide team members towards excellence in guest service, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):
- Consistently seek out and hire “eggceptional” candidates and members who possess hospitality and desire to take care of others.
- Maintain our Turning Point Family Culture (TP Fam!)
- Create a fun and rewarding work environment for your staff.
- Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
- Provide an exceptional Turning Point experience tour guests.
- Build a strong group of enthusiastic team members. Ensure equity and equality for all.
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Ability to coach and mentor a team
- Values Developmental Action Plans for professional growth
- Work effectively in partnerships
- Experience and desire to grow and develop new team members
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
