We at Turning Leaf Dental are excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and talented General Dentist to join our highly-successful, patient-focused team! This is a pre-established position replacing one of our doctors who is moving, and strong experience is necessary. At this time, we are only considering candidates who can demonstrate a prior record of success and productivity in private practice, and who have pursued personal advancement in cosmetic dentistry (CE, history of cases, etc). Our goal is to find an excellent long-term fit, and the owner doctors (Drs. Andrew Luccio and William Herr) are motivated to provide a leadership or partnership track for the right GP.

Joining an existing doctor team of Dr. Qian Lin (GP) and Dr. Daliah Salem (Periodontist), this position offers access to a large, established patient base with high new patient flow. Our practice has been providing quality-focused general dental care on Newbury Street for over 30 years, and we carry a stellar reputation amongst our patients. We are a progressive office, with TREMENDOUS opportunity cosmetic and expanded care beyond our foundation of general restorative treatment and recare. An immediate part-time position is available, including 2-3 days per week. There will be opportunity transition to full-time, although this is not required.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills - Composed, professional and personable demeanor required. Articulate and clear verbal communication. Values long-term relationships with patients.
• Clinical skills - Strong cosmetic interest/experience. Focus on patient comfort. Excellent restorative and fixed/removable prosthetic skills are required. Specialty procedures (endodontics, extractions, implants) are not required, but there is ample opportunity for expanded skills and will be strongly supported.
