As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world. Job DescriptionThis role will suit someone with strong cost management experience, ready to take that next step into a senior position.Highly proficient in Pre Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims ManagementEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan to the ClientManage and monitor project profitability and budgetsExternalise within the local property market to raise company profileAssist with bid writing and negotiation of our contractsWork independently and take responsibility for deliverables, whilst ensuring governance is followedProducing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the clientInterfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesManaging Assistant Cost Managers and Cost Managers within the Defence team.QualificationsDegree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)Excellent written and oral communication skillsInquisitive and problem solving skill baseDemonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancyIntermediate user of Microsoft ExcelAbility to work collaboratively in a multi disciplined programme team environmentAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
