Turner Staffing Group is Hiring an Estimator Near Fargo, ND

Our projects include services for water, sanitary, storm, and mass excavation for the commercial and municipal industries. Duties include managing all project aspects from estimating to project close.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Estimating for public and private projects
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and employees
  • Comply, understand, and support safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Estimating and Scheduling experience
  • Solid communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills under challenging conditions
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
  • Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision required
