Job Description: Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Ability to install Smart technology systems for both residential and commercial properties. · Able to work independently of direct supervision · Organize and oversee job site assuring work is completed to company standards · Able to enforce all state guidelines and company protocols · Maintains a safe and healthy work environment on every job site · Conduct training of new employees · Abide regulations by FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and O.S.H.A. Climbing ladders of various heights with safety equipment and materials · Operating power tools to apply materials to job specifications · Translating blueprints to real world application · Trapping and catching wildlife under Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and company guidelines · Able to safely traverse rooftops and tight spaces alike · Have an understanding of wildlife habit and identify signs of activity · Use modern technology to communicate with customers and coworkers · Lead in a team environment with a positive attitude · Troubleshooting construction flaws and identifying small entry points with intent to repair and seal · Maintaining punctuality with the ability to work within a given appointment time frame · Ability to operate various company vehicles · Performs other duties as assigned Skills and qualifications: · Excellent customer service skills · Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally · Be an employee in good standing (Internal Candidate) · Skills with hand tools and power tools · Detail Oriented · Problem solving and situation analysis skills · Ability to give directions and work independently in a team effort · Comply and enforce all company, local, state, and federal laws & regulations · Inventory control and distribution Physical requirements: · Ability to lift and maneuver up to 75lbs independently and team lift up to 200lbs · Ability to climb ladders and fit in tight spaces such as attic hatch or crawl space entry · Ability to safely walk and work on rooftops of residential and commercial job sites with equipment · Ability to withstand various weather and temperature conditions · Ability to inspect an analyze a situation and take corrective action to rectify problem · May require long periods of drive time Supervisory Responsibility: · This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
