Turner Pest Control is Hiring a Commercial Account Manager Near Orlando, FL

Turner Pest Control is looking to add a goal-oriented individual, who is organized, disciplined, hardworking, and eager to join a great culture, a great company, and start a new career. $1,500 sign-on bonus! This position requires an individual to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining relationships with our commercial clients.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

· As a Commercial Sales Representative your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth within the commercial sector

· Identify potential clients with a hunter mentality by understanding their pest management needs.

· Target potential commercial clients through research, cold calling, networking and self-generated lead generation

· Achieves monthly sales goals with regard to Revenue and SMART technology.

· Develop and present our services to clients highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships by providing ongoing communication with key decision-makers, property managers, and other stakeholders in the commercial sector.

Competencies:

· Adept in B2B (Business to Business) sales

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Internal drive, motivation to excel and independence.

· Time Management and ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

· Communication Proficiency

· Problem Solving

· Experience in the pest control industry is not required as long as the candidate has a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Days of work are Monday through Saturday. Daily schedule will be assigned at time of hire, shift assignment will be between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
