JOB OPPORTUNITY- Entry-Level Staffing Specialist

Turner Dairy is once again excited to add more talent to our team. Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company, is looking for a self-starter to fill an Entry-Level Staffing Specialist position. The staffing specialist will be responsible for staffing all departments within the dairy. Duties include posting open positions, screening candidates, interviewing, recruiting, coordinating pre-employment screenings, reporting on staffing, and other human resources tasks as needed. This is an entry-level position, Monday through Friday, on-site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Identify qualified candidates for various departments through sourcing tools (Indeed, Turner’s website)

•Perform phone screenings to schedule and conduct interviews

•Communicate staffing updates to department managers

•Coordinate pre-employment screenings

•Compile staffing related reports

•Conduct recruitment events

•Other various human resources duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•An individual with the following characteristics: independent, enthusiastic, self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and strong work ethic.

•Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, management or related field

•Attention to detail and good time management skills.

•This position is well-suited for a candidate with 1 year of experience or recent college graduate.
