Job Overview:
We are seeking a Metal Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the manufacturing process to ensure high-quality finished products. This position requires proficiency in various hand tools and machinery, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-notch results.

Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain equipment used for metal finishing work as well as maintenance of air compressor

-Maintain finishing work supplies

-Monitor, manage and maintain waste water discharge

-Quality control of finished parts
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
-Proficiency in application of color case hardening, box annealing, charcoal bluing and hot bluing processes including how to properly wire, pack and rack parts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Examine parts to ensure final results conform to specifications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
