Duration: FTE Location: VA-Reston, Hybrid 1-2 days on site Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between. Responsibilities: Assess business requirements and technical specifications for new projects Design and develop testing framework Design test plan and testing protocols for new technologies Document development, code, test, and user acceptance for future reference and internal control purposes Design and develop metrics for code coverage, system capabilities coverage Qualifications: AWS Services (S3 Lambada, Batch, EMR, & Redshift) Selenium experience preferred, but open to those with other test automation tool experience for both frontend and backend automation Java and Python skills Prior experience working with any tools to do load and stress testing Ability to create synthetic data as part of system test strategy Experience working with XML data, JSON data, and PostMan Critical problem solving skills Aptitude and passion for learning new tools/technologies and growing functional knowledge of business Great verbal and written communication The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
