Turn to Joy at the Annex is a small preschool and childcare program serving 25-28 students per day. We are located in Grand Isle, approx. 30 - 40 min. from Chittenden County, and close to the Cumberland Head / Grand Isle Ferry from Plattsburgh.We are an inclusive program. We focus on relationships and building trust with children and families, supporting our mission that children learn best in a caring, secure environment. Outdoor activities and play are offered everyday, as well as engaging learning activities, sensory exploration, art and literacy. We are looking for caring adults to support children's daily routines, social interactions and learning. Daily responsibilities include preparing materials, supporting and facilitating play, providing literacy and language experiences, nurturing self-confidence and independence in young children.
