TURN KEY, a new supper club on Madison's near east downtown side, is seeking Servers and Bartenders.

We will be cross-training for these positions so everyone has the ability to work in multiple departments and embrace the ultimate teamwork philosophy that makes a big busy restaurant successful for everyone involved.

Located at 1344 East Washington Avenue in one of Madison’s most iconic and historic buildings, Turn Key will be an oasis on Madison’s near East side. The “Turn” or the “Keys” (you pick the nickname!) will be an ideal destination for the good people of Madison to achieve a compatible experience to Settle Down Tavern, our original restaurant which opened to joyful acclaim in May 2020. Turn Key will provide a family-friendly neighborhood dining and drinking experience. We’ll have juicy and delicious smash burgers, big salads, cheese curds that’ll make you shimmy in your seat, a jump for joy Saturday Night prime rib, a proper Friday fish fry platter, different nightly specials, fresh and local vegetarian/gluten-friendly items, and much much more! Food will be celebrated in every room, paired with signature gourmet cocktails, thoughtful wine selections, craft beers for days, exemplary service, and a recreation area for Funtime, population: You.

Turn Key Supper Club is now looking to hire enthusiastic individuals to work with our floor (servers, hosts and food runners) and bar (bartender). We are seeking people of integrity and personality who are willing to work hard while having fun - and making money.

We have high expectations for knowledge, helping-hands, hard work and having a
good time. Qualities we look for are a deep sense of good hospitality, prior industry
experience, a passion for food and restaurants, and the genuine will to do good for the
many friends and guests who think of our restaurants as their home away from home.
We make this climate possible by working with professionals: people are expected to
know the food and beverage menus, treat strangers like long-lost friends, understand
when to ask for guidance, are excellent at communicating, and don’t consider any job
