The Multi-Craft Technician makes an impact by -

• Ability to troubleshoot and program Variable Frequency Drives, knowledge of drive configuration for both hard-wired and drives networked via Control Net, using HIM’s, Drive Executive and RSLogix 5000.
• Electrical troubleshooting of industrial equipment (PLCS’s, Drives, Servos, 480V Motors, 24VDC, Control Circuit, Labelers, and Closed Loop Controls.
• Perform instrumentation calibration as needed, using process calibrators, thermo-well, test meters, etc.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot 4-20ma and 0-10vdc loops, ensuring proper scaling and configuration of both the instrument and the analog module.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM’s) on process and packaging equipment with minimal guidance.
• Working with machinery and mechanical equipment including motors, pneumatic and hydraulic components, conveyor systems and production line equipment.
• Reading diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers specifications for installations.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.
• Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines.
• Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Food (SQF) 2000 Systems. Is accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
