The Inventory Control Techmakes an impact by–

• Analyze and summarize numerical information and critically examine for accuracy.
• Input and access inventory data through a computerized maintenance management information system.
• Utilize computer to troubleshoot records for inventory control.
• Perform administrative functions such as typing, filing, and maintaining detailed records.
• Checks the accuracy of computer printouts, reports, and calculations.
• Compile, classify, collate, and organize information. Maintains electronic, paper records and reports. Maintains inventory control and budgetary records.
• Uses database programs to generate custom queries and reports.
• Provide clearly spoken and written information to supervisors and managers regarding the status of situations or orders.
• Cooperate with peers, managers, and operations personnel and act as a liaison between other employees and departments when it comes to inventory.
• Maintain the integrity of the quality system.
• Be engaged in the day-to-day running of the business by performing tasks beyond normal/baseline job responsibilities, participating in team or business improvement meetings and initiatives positioned toward improving business results.

• Ability to execute safe work practices & behaviors.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Keyboard skills and ability to enter data at the required speed.

• Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out uninvolved written or oral instructions.
