Position Overview:
TurfHub is seeking a qualified Bilingual Customer Concierge Specialist to join our amazing team. We are a leading nationwide artificial turf supplier headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. We supply contractors, landscapers and homeowners with quality products and provide elite customer service to all.
Position Overview:
- As a Customer Concierge Specialist, you will serve as a key customer contact with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders.
- This is a great position for an ambitious individual who can build relationships and provide outstanding customer service in an environment where you will be challenged and empowered while contributing to the company's sales success.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email or in person to provide support and information on products.
- Develop strong and positive relationships with customer base.
- Stay current with product knowledge in order to assist customers with questions.
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Manage and attempt to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide estimates and follow up on potential leads.
- Select product from inventory and placing orders while ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate delivery orders with customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

The position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm, rotating Saturdays from 7:00am - 11:00am.

- Competitive pay that is commensurate with experience.
