The Crew Member Position:

• Works Hard!
• Completes the mowing, weed whacking, and blowing of residential and commercial properties in Fort Collins on a weekly cadence.
• Does lots and lots of hand weeding to keep the properties super sparkly.
• Aerations in the spring and leaf clean ups in the fall.
• On a team with other people who work hard!
• Continues training through an online platform and gets checked off with their Crew Leader to elevate to new responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
