Outside Sales - Account Manager
Territory – Northeast Region of the US
Travel – 60% - 70%
Summary:
Turbo Solutions, headquartered in Pennsauken NJ, is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing team. You will be responsible for partnering with senior sales management to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have either a proven track record in sales or have experience working in a client-facing role as a technician. This role also requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities:
Partner with senior sales team members to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Perform ride-a-longs with our Customer outside sales reps, visiting end users and educating our customers and end users on the performance of our turbo and actuator products
Conduct Turbo University training sessions with our customer’s technical, and inside/outside sales staff
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to customers
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment (or)
· 2-5 years of technical experience in trucking and automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, and trucking
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
