SUMMARY
The Restaurant Manager is a leader in the restaurant and takes responsibility for maintaining the writtenmstandards of the company and ultimately delivering the financial and qualitative measurements of success.
To achieve this, the manager must be an expert at balancing the needs of the team, the guests, the community and the ownership.
This dynamic position is given comprehensive training in BOH and FOH
operations and will be expected to certify as a General Manager within six months
