Job Description: TTE USA is currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate:
Shipping
- Prepare parts for shipment in accordance with Customer requirements
- Check inventory to verify availability of needed stock
- Notify the Supervisor of shortages
- Label, package and ship in accordance with customer guidelines
- Maintain pats stock in work area
- Schedule pick up or sent to FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Receiving
- Receive and unload incoming material
- Verify incoming shipment information on packing slips with Purchase orders for accuracy
- Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects and notify the Supervisor of findings
- Operate pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading material and equipment
- Sort, count, package and unpack inventory that is received
Computer EDI information
- Receive release orders from EDI system
- Verify all information of the release order
- Notify the Supervisor of problems with release order
- Upon outgoing shipment is completed, prepare shipping ASN and sent to customer
Production Labeling & Packaging
- Prepare labels for shipment in accordance with the release order and customer labelling requirements
- Notify the Supervisor of shortages
- Label and ship in accordance with customer shipping guidelines
- Maintain adequate product stock level in work area
- Organize release orders and verify they are correct with the item being labeled
- Notify the Supervisor of problems with the release orders
Required Skills and Experiences:
- SAP
- Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Outlook
The candidate must have:
- Minimum of Associate degree
- At least 3 years of working warehouse experience
- US Citizen or Permeant Resident
Applicant will work full-time (40 hours/week)
