RESPONSIBILITIES

·Answer the phone in a timely manner

·Correctly input all orders into the POS system

·ID anyone that appears under the age of 40 that ispurchasing alcohol

·Handle all payment transactions in a manner thatprotects the interest of both the guest and the restaurant

·Safely and accurately monitor the cash register

·Package all carryout orders in bags and correctlycomplete each order

·Ensure quick and accurate delivery of order tocurbside guests’ vehicle

·High degree of comfort working with a POS system

·Accurately quote specific times in which carryoutguests may pick up their food

·Handle all third party and online ordering orders

·Perform all side work as required

·Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards

·Performs other duties as assigned

·Observe needs throughout dining experience toensure guests receive high quality service

·Protect establishment and patrons by adhering tosanitation, safety and alcohol control policies

·Assist in the dining room by setting / clearingtables and serving beverages
