OVERVIEW:

Tully Rinckey PLLC is actively interviewing partner-level attorneys interested in joining a variety of practice areas in the Firm's White Plains, NY office expansion. Tully Rinckey PLLC is expanding our litigation, family & matrimonial, labor and employment, criminal defense, federal employment, real estate, military, immigration law groups among others.

The firm has recently opened a new physical office located in the Gateway Building at 1 North Lexington Avenue in downtown White Plains. Every Partner in the firm receives access to our in-house marketing team. The first step to our Lateral Partner onboarding process is to create a strategic marketing and business development plan that is intended to build off of the foundation that the Partner brings to Tully Rinckey and identify new business generation and referral opportunities. Our marketing and public relations team is able to offer the same services that you would expect from an outside agency with over a decade of experience on how to grow your practice in the areas that we strategically identify.

Lateral partners benefit from being able to utilize a team of attorneys in multiple locations across the country that are fully connected with one another at the strength of our technology platform. If additional resources are needed for discovery or document preparation, you’ll have the ability to easily connect with our deep bench of attorneys in our offices via high-definition video conference calling from a touch of a button from your desk phone or mobile device.

Qualified candidates will have established experience in their respective practice area, have exceptional written and verbal communication, and must be barred in New York State.

Tully Rinckey offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and a full benefits package including but not limited to health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and more. Salary will be based on experience and portable books of business.

Attorneys will practice alongside their peers at Tully Rinckey who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.
