Overview:
Tully Rinckey PLLC is actively interviewing attorneys interested in joining our labor and employment practice group inside our Austin, TX office. Tully Rinckey PLLC is one of the largest federal sector labor and employment law firms in the country. Our employment law team of over 30 attorneys throughout the country routinely assist individuals who work for federal and state governments, and our local Texas offices in Houston and Austin represent private sector executives and employees, labor unions, and employers with their legal needs.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in representing individuals in employment-related claims against the federal government with at least 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney. We are seeking experienced Partner and Associate attorneys. Candidates will also have experience in State specific employment matters. The ideal candidate will also have experience working on employment law matters and also interested in developing their legal career inside the practice and growing their personal brand. All newly hired attorneys will undergo a detailed orientation and training program to become familiar with the nuances of the work that we inside our Federal Sector Employment Law Group.
Attorneys will practice alongside their peers at Tully Rinckey who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.
