TULKOFF FOOD PRODUCTS OHIO LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner OH Near Cincinnati, OH

The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organizational development strategies in support of the business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with department heads.
  • Manage and resolve and document complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Assist with the recruiting functions for the Ohio facility.
  • Onboard and conduct new hire orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Coordinate with employees on benefits administration, workers' compensation claims and FMLA issues.
  • Identify training needs for employees and the management team.
  • Assist with company functions and employee wellness events.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • PHR, SPHR or other HR certification
  • 3 years of HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability with training and development programs
  • Adept with performance management and investigations
  • Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
  • Skilled in employee benefits administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
