Minimum QualificationsCurrent/valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in medical administration with responsibility for direct physician oversight or supervision, quality management and risk management responsibilities. Successful completion of an approved residency training program in family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics. Current/valid unrestricted D.E.A. Certificate. Three (3) years postresidency clinical practice experience with a substantial emphasis on primary care.Basic computer skills to include, but not limited, to Microsoft Office Products.Role Description:Provide clinical supervision to all physicians in the health services department.Administrative actions involving discipline and performance evaluations of Commonwealth employed physicians will be recommend to the designated person.The administrative action may be carried out as appropriate by the individual or in conjunction with the Facility Director or designee.
