Oversee and manage all box office and ‘house’ or theater management functions and public relations functions for the Department of Theatre and Dance. Oversee and manage all box office and house or theater management for the Shakespeare Festival at Tulane (SFT) summer productions and assist actively in SFT January remount of summer production for children. Supervise and teach work-study and theatre practicum students. Oversee and manage publicity and public relations for Department activities, recruiting, and events. Oversee expenditures, petty cash, Purchasing Card and Corporate Credit Card issues for productions. Includes but is not limited to organizational, supervisory, administrative, and budgetary responsibilities.
