The Director of Operations & Career Development reports to the Executive Director of the Career Management Center, collaborates closely with other leadership team members, and supports key relationships with employers, alumni, and other campus career offices.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and management skills, backed by previous professional success

• Ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Exceptional business acumen, executive presence, and professional demeanor
• Excellent computer/technology utilization skills (i.e., Excel), and experience using business management software (i.e., Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of effective career development principles and practices

• Ability to attend evening and weekend events when required

Required Education and/or Experience • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years relevant experience (i.e., higher education, career development)

• Master’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience

• Team management experience

Preferred Qualifications • In addition to the above required knowledge, skills, and abilities/competencies:

• Knowledge of international business and cultural competencies

• Experience in university Business School career services
