Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist at Tueller Counseling Services. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the billing process, invoicing, communication with clients, and client billing. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
Qualifications
- Billing Process and Invoicing skills
- Strong communication skills for handling client billing inquiries
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with billing software and systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry or mental health field is a plus
