SUMMARY
Organize and monitor the registration and attendance processes. Maintain student records. Edit, store,and prepare and distribute reports on grades and attendance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSFour years of progressively responsible experience in student registration or attendance procedures,general office or record keeping procedures.Computer and word processing skills.Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehendwritten/graphic and oral instructions.Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBilingual - (English/Spanish Proficiency)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIREFBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
