Our Tamale Roller position performs all tasks involved in the production of tamales, producing tamales from raw ingredients to a cooked final product, using hands and machinery. Responsibilities included may be preparing hojas, rolling and/or preparing pans for cooking. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good attendance is mandatory, being on time every day and staying for the duration of the shift is required. The ability to speak and understand English is necessary.

Pay: From $14.35 per hour
