Job Title: Elite Night Shift Caregiver

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Night Shift)

Salary: $18 - $23 per hour

We understand that nighttime care is crucial for the wellbeing of our residents, and we are seeking an ELITE Night Shift Caregiver who shares our dedication to compassionate, high-quality care.

Job Description:As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our residents receive excellent care and support throughout the night. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and attending to the overnight needs of residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assisting residents with evening routines and preparations for bed, including personal care as needed.
• Responding promptly to any resident calls or alerts during the night.
• Administering medication and performing health checks as required.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents who may have difficulty sleeping or require assistance during the night.
• Maintaining a quiet and peaceful environment in the facility to promote restful sleep for all residents.
• Documenting any incidents or observations during the night shift and reporting to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, especially in a night shift role, is highly desirable.
• A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature, with a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Manager's license or relevant certifications in caregiving are preferred.
