Tuckaway Country Club is a private, full-service, golf and country club located in Franklin, WI. With our broad, tree-lined fairways and beautifully manicured greens, the course at Tuckaway offers an ideal experience for both the experienced golfer and the recreational player.

While the greatest benefit of being a Tuckaway member may be our PGA tour-caliber golf course, we offer tennis courts, a swimming pool, and sauna as well. In our clubhouse, the Grill Room and Formal Dining Room feature the finest in dining.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Membership Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing programs, projects and activities designed to attract new members, retain existing members and enhancing the overall experience at Tuckaway Country Club. In this role, you will help develop an overall communications strategy, become an ambassador for the club and work to heighten the overall brand awareness within the community through networking and building relationships with various organizations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• and implement prospective member recruitment strategies, programs andinitiatives including the development of an overall CRM strategy
• Field

all prospective member inquiries across multiple channels including email,social media and phone.

• Conduct

tours for prospective members and assist in fulfilling applicationrequirementsand maintain an orientation and onboarding program for all new members.strong relationships with members by actively listening to their feedback,understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.a high level of visibility while serving as the main point of contact.the clubs database and member’s filesperiodic surveys to gauge member satisfactioncontent for monthly internal newsletter.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors
• degree in Hospitality or Resort Management, Communications, PublicRelations or related field.
• At

least 3 years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or in asimilar roleknowledge of customer engagement platforms, tools and channelsin CX and CRM software a plusinternet and social media skillswriting skills and a high attention to detailrelationship building skills with a high level of empathyfor helping othersto establish and maintain effective relationships with withadministration, employees, members, guests and the general publicto solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
