Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them to Tucanos
• Manage wait times and communicate any special seating requests or needs
• Escort guests to their seats when tables are available
• Answer phone and relay messages to team members as needed
• Interact with guests and vendors
• Assist with the duties of servers, bussers, and other team members as necessary
