Tubman is seeking one Shelter Case Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team to support the agency’s mission, vision, and values. This position is based at our Maplewood Shelter. The schedule is flexible to support client and program needs (generally Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm) and must include at least one evening per week in shelter until 8pm or later. There is an option for remote work 1 day per week after 3 months of employment.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for the position is $23.50 per hour depending on your experience. Tubman provides a quality benefits package that includes a highly competitive paid-time off program, multiple health plan options, dental, short and long-term disability and life insurances. As well as, other optional health and wellness insurances to meet diverse employee needs, and a 401(k) plan. Tubman is a qualified employer under the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
