Tubman is seeking overnight shelter advocates to join a dynamic and collaborative team to provide welcoming, supportive, and affirming care to all shelter residents, callers to our 24/7 resource line, and walk-in clients. This is an awake overnight position.
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30 am, every other week
Friday-Saturday 11pm-7:30 am, every week or every other week
Saturday-Sunday 11pm-7:30 am, every other weekend
*There may be flexibility to choose an alternative schedule, depending on availability.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary for the position is $21 per hour, with an additional $2/hour for any hours worked on overnights and weekends. Tubman provides a quality benefits package that includes a highly competitive paid-time off program, multiple health plan options, dental, short and long-term disability, and life insurance.
